2019 Winter HHM Film Slam Event

About our 72-Hour Winter HHM Film Slam event — February 2019

2019 Winter HHM Film Slam

Our second HHM Film Slam event was a 72-hour challenge that occurred between Friday, February 1, 2019 at 7:00pm and Sunday, February 4, 2019 at 7:00pm. This was the Official Time Period for producing a 3-7 minute short film, script through submission.

All films were screened and awards were announced on Friday, February 8, 2019 at Bay City’s State Theatre.

About Assignment Criteria

These criteria are announced at Kick-off. All criteria must appear in the short films and the film must be produced in the designated timeframe to be eligible for awards.

Character: Must make an appearance but does not need to be a main character.

Prop: Just needs to be seen.

Line Of Dialogue: Must be said word for word.

Genre: Randomly chosen by the spin of a wheel at Kick-off. You will spin twice and get to choose from those two genres. You MAY combine your randomly chosen genre with another, however it must be solidly presented as your main genre, and must be listed on your film as such.

Note: If you land on the same genre twice you get to chose whichever genre you’d like to film in.
